  • We discuss and thoroughly determine your specific requirements before using all available resources to identify the candidates best suited to your given profile.
  • Having contacted and briefed the most promising candidates, we then put into action a detailed screening process and pass their CVs directly to you allowing you the opportunity to review the individuals’suitability.
  • After an agreed period, we contact you for your feedback and either the candidate is declined or we progress to the next stage. Needless to say, there is a significant amount of ‘behind the scenes’ work that we carry out (e.g. referencing, organising limited /management companies, contract administration etc.) in order to guarantee an optimum service to you.
